Welcome & Enrolment | The Psychology Teacher
Welcome & enrolment

We are so glad your family is here.

This page guides you through a simple two-step enrolment process. Form 1 secures the essential enrolment and payment information. Form 2 helps The Psychology Teacher get to know your child before the first class.

A journey of growth, not a once-off lesson.

  • Weekly, structured small-group classes
  • Twelve progressive levels across stages
  • Age-appropriate learning and skills practice
  • Open communication with parents and caregivers
  • Meaningful growth built over time
Your enrolment path

What you are joining

Intentional learning and growth over time

The Psychology Teacher is a structured, long-term educational programme that helps children and young people understand emotions, think clearly, build resilience, develop healthy relationships and grow with purpose.

It is not therapy, a crisis service or a once-off workshop. Repeated learning and practice help understanding become usable skill.

Communication and illness

Please feel welcome to communicate with The Psychology Teacher if anything affects your child’s participation, wellbeing or experience.

If your child is unwell, feverish or may be contagious, please keep them at home and notify The Psychology Teacher before class.

Placement and confirmation

Your child’s place is confirmed once Form 1 and payment have been received.

Class placement also depends on available space and the developmental composition of the group.

Programme scope

The Psychology Teacher is an educational programme and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency care.

Withdrawal policy

A full term’s written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child. Fees remain payable during the notice period.

Privacy and care

Your family’s information matters.

We ask only for information that helps The Psychology Teacher support your child thoughtfully, communicate clearly and keep every learner safe.

How your information is used

The information you share will be used only for enrolment, communication, safety and programme support. It will be treated with care and respect, and access will be limited to authorised people involved in the programme.

Because the forms may include information about children, health or emotional needs, please share only what is relevant and helpful. You are welcome to contact The Psychology Teacher if there is anything you would prefer to discuss privately.

Need help before you submit?

Please feel welcome to contact Hilde. It is better to ask than to feel uncertain about the enrolment process.
